Hello there, my name is Albert Song and I work as the Director of Software Development at Industrial Color, a photography company based in New York City. Our team makes software products for the photography world, including an online photo workflow tool called GLOBALedit. I consider myself fortunate because “I’m not only the Hair Club president, I’m also a client.” It’s always a big plus when the product designers are also the users.

Product management is at the heart of what I do, so I started this blog to collect all the different ideas, tips, wisdom and inspiration I come across while working towards creating products that make users happy. This blog is mostly about product design, user experience, software development and other good things.
